What items are non-refundable?

  • Any items that have been damaged.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

  • Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 5 business days of receipt and we will gladly arrange for replacement :) Please provide your order number and the name!


Additionally, for the safety of our customers and employees, we are not offering exchanges or returns due to COVID-19 unless our team sent the incorrect design or size.
